I, and we, take pride in delivering assignments and projects on time, on budget and with high quality. Depending on assignment, the method of execution might differ. A key success factor is communication within every assignment. And we are the best listeners - responsive to our customers needs.

In the spring of 2015 Annika Englund and myself started the community G3nius where we work to get more girls and women into tech. Or to stay in tech for that matter. We have arranged conferences at Internetdagarna 2015 and 2016. Take a look at Youtube for some great speaches.

1997 Sweden's first telephony connection fixed - IP
Sweden's first connection between a fixed PSTN telephony network and IP was implemented between NETnet and Glocalnet.

1994 On the team who implements the worlds first BROAD BAND switch
After a long time with Ericsson's not so successful adventure AXE-N, the goal was changed into a more efficient approach. My team implemented the switch in Erlang. The team consisted of 13 people.
